The hotel had a perfect one-bedroom suite with a balcony, ideal for our stay, but the issue with the loud music from the neighboring room was a downside. The service was generally helpful and friendly, but there was a minor hiccup with resolving a payment-related problem. The location was quiet, adjacent to Norwest Private Hospital, and close to cafes and supermarkets, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The dining experience was quick but not impressive.
The hotel room was spacious, with great facilities including a kitchen with a dishwasher, large bathroom, laundry with washer/dryer, and a large lounge/dining area. However, there was a $100 deposit issue that highlighted a lack of understanding and empathy towards customers' concerns.
